Project overview
The construction of CNH Industrial’s machinery distribution center in Sorocaba, São Paulo, was delivered by Construcione with a focus on operational efficiency, construction robustness, and integration between different technical work fronts. With 55,000 m² of built area and 45,000 m² of external area, the project required rigorous planning, execution coordination, and a high level of control throughout the entire construction process.
The execution included civil works, earthworks, assembly of precast structures, paving works, and the complete implementation of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical installations, as well as final finishes. The result was an operation completed with technical consistency, construction fluidity, and adherence to the logistics requirements of the development.
