Uberlândia Refrescos Project: LEED Platinum Certification
In the construction of Uberlândia Refrescos’ new industrial complex, Construcione was responsible for the full scope of one of Coca-Cola’s most modern plants in the world. The project achieved LEED Platinum certification, reinforcing applied sustainability and a high standard of execution.
Vedacit Project: Plant Relocation to Itatiba (SP), with LEED Gold and LEED Platinum
Construcione delivered 25,500 m² of built area and 9,700 m² of external paving, with a full-scope project. Across the development, different buildings achieved LEED Gold and LEED Platinum certifications.
The project also included BIM LOD 500 as-built documentation, ensuring accurate final project records.
MARS Brazil: Plant Implementation in Ponta Grossa (PR) with LEED Gold
In the implementation of the MARS Brazil plant in Ponta Grossa (PR), Construcione worked on 20,000 m² of built area and 6,000 m² of external area. The project achieved LEED Gold certification, reinforcing applied sustainability and a high standard of execution.
MARS Brazil: Plant Implementation in Guararema (SP) with LEED Certified
In the implementation of the MARS Brazil plant in Guararema (SP), Construcione worked on 37,000 m² of built area and 25,000 m² of external area, with a full-scope project.
